The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing conversion rates. Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Content Strategy.
Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and targets key audiences. This includes understanding market trends, audience needs and competitor strategies.
Content Creation and Management.
Oversee the creation of high‑quality, engaging content across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns and more. Ensure content consistency in style, tone and voice.
SEO and Content Optimization.
Utilize SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings; conduct keyword research and implement optimisation techniques to drive organic traffic and enhance user experience.
Performance Analysis and Reporting.
Monitor and analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot. Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product marketing, design, sales and customer success, to ensure cohesive and effective content marketing efforts. Provide guidance and support to external content creators and editors.
Innovate and Implement New Channels.
Explore and implement new content distribution channels to expand reach and engagement. Manage content launch dates and project deadlines using tools such as content calendars and project management software.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content marketing functions, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
SEO expertise: understanding of search engine optimisation and content optimisation techniques; ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
Experience in the IT services industry is a plus.
Self‑motivated, organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Team‑oriented, collaborative and customer‑focused, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships.
Strong writing and editing: exceptional writing and editing skills to produce and refine high‑quality content that tells a story and engages the audience.
Data analysis: proficient in analysing data from various sources such as web analytics, keyword analysis and A/B testing to make informed decisions about content strategy.
Technical proficiency: familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools and social media platforms; ability to navigate and utilise these tools effectively.
Creative thinking: innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to content marketing challenges.
Project management: strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; experience with content calendars and project management tools is a plus.
