Multi-Store District Manager – Auto Service Growth

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations in Utah. You will lead teams, implement company initiatives, and drive financial performance while ensuring safety and outstanding customer service across all sites.
You’ll recruit, train, and mentor store managers, manage inventories, and work to meet EBITDAR and sales targets. Travel to locations is required as part of this leadership role, with opportunities for advancement within our growing organization.
