Associate AV & Meeting Technology Advocate

Waveguide LLC is hiring an Associate Technology Advocate in McLean, VA. The role involves repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing AV equipment for clients, coordinating conference guests, and supporting multipurpose conference spaces.
The position requires strong AV knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with laptops, projectors, and remote participation tech. Crestron DMC-E certification is preferred. Responsible for ITSM and daily communications tasks.
