Qualifications Provide senior brand leadership and business continuity during a temporary coverage period. Ensure successful execution of brand strategies, go-to-market and commercial activations, and portfolio priorities across Color, Care, and Styling while delivering against key business objectives and maintaining strong cross-functional alignment.
• 10+ years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience within beauty, professional beauty, prestige beauty, or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing high-performing brands in the U.S. market.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, portfolio management, and integrated marketing execution.
• Experience leading complex go-to-market programs across multiple customer channels.
• Strong commercial acumen, including business planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Collaborative, decisive, and results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
