Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experience Strategy and Vision – Define and champion a unified customer experience vision for the Consumer Bank that is coherent across all segments.
- Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product strategy and design excellence.
- Develop and execute creative direction for catalog, e‑commerce, and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing design team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
