Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:No call, no evenings, no weekends
- Desirable Practice Setting: Outpatient only, 14 patients per day, Block OR time
- Ideal Work Environment: Multiple MA's per physician, full OR team in the ASC (including prep nurses, Anesthesiologists, scrub nurses, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Guaranteed base compensation
- Benefits: Health coverage, 8% 401k match, 5 weeks vacation, 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks CME, and more.
Qualifications:
- Certifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Licensure:Active TX license or ability to obtain one
- Skillset:General ENT, open to specialization
- Experience:Recent/future graduates to experienced physicians welcomed
- Sponsorship:Open to J1 and H1b sponsorship
