Lead/Senior Art Director

What You Will Do
Senior Manager of Brand Creative (Art and Design Lead) will be the design right hand of the Creative Director, guiding and developing creative across a variety of mediums to ensure consistent brand resonance with consumers and customers.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of designers, shepherding multiple design projects, directing external agencies and freelancers, and ensuring all creative design development for Tillamook has a consistent voice, tone, and visual direction.

Responsibilities:

Manage and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative “art studio” environment.

Plan and align with Project Management, Production, and Creative Director to prioritize workloads.

Collaborate with marketing channel leads and external agency partners to ensure quality work meets brand standards.

Lead, guide, and art‑direct conceptual development and creative execution of lifestyle and product stills and motion content.

Maintain high creative standards and stay current with industry trends in advertising and design.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent creative design degree.

Experience: 8 years in‑house or agency setting, working with digital media and advertising campaigns; 3+ years people management.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio of diverse and relevant brand work.

Technical: Proficient in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Creative: Mastery of type, photography, art direction, storytelling, and proven advertising/branding track record.
