Founding People & Talent Leader — Build Our Talent Engine

Legion Health is hiring a Founding People and Talent Leader to build the talent engine and people operating system behind a category-defining healthcare company. You will be the senior owner of People and Talent, guiding the employee journey from outreach through onboarding, performance, compensation, and offboarding.
You will not inherit a large team and will be the team for 12–18 months, acting as lead recruiter, People operator, culture builder, and adviser to the founders.
