Onboarding & Learning Experience Specialist

Copa Health Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to coordinate and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires across Arizona. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers and the People First team to deliver engaging orientation, CPR/First Aid, and required trainings while ensuring compliance and high employee satisfaction.
