Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications that strengthen brand identity, support strategic initiatives, and deliver engaging creative solutions across a variety of digital and print channels. This role follows an established creative process, partnering with internal stakeholders from project brief through final delivery to produce impactful, on‑brand design assets.

This position combines strong visual design skills with collaboration, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking, ensuring creative work not only meets business objectives but elevates the overall brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Asset Development

Design and produce compelling visual assets for internal and external communications, including presentations, marketing collateral, campaign materials, digital content, social media assets, event materials, templates, and branded resources.

Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, effective design solutions that align with project goals and audience needs.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables.

Prepare production‑ready files for digital and print applications.

Organize, maintain, and optimize creative assets within a DAM or shared repository.

Brand Stewardship

Serve as a champion of the organization's visual identity by ensuring all creative work adheres to established brand standards.

Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on branding, visual communication, and design best practices.

Develop and maintain brand resources, templates, style guides, and visual libraries to enable consistency across teams.

Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve brand execution while maintaining established standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

Partner closely with the Head of Design and cross‑functional teams to understand project objectives, timelines, and business priorities.

Collaborate directly with project stakeholders throughout the design process, from initial briefing through final approval.

Work effectively with external creative partners, agencies, vendors, and production teams when required.

Incorporate feedback constructively while balancing stakeholder needs with sound design principles.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative concepts that enhance campaigns, programs, and organizational initiatives.

Apply strategic thinking to solve communication challenges through visual design.

Recommend improvements to creative approaches, templates, workflows, and design systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually elevate creative output.

Program & Campaign Support

Support organization‑wide marketing, communications, and brand initiatives through the development of creative assets that drive engagement and business outcomes.

Identify creative opportunities, anticipate design needs, and proactively develop solutions that support program success.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Process Improvement & Team Support

Follow established creative workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Assist in building and maintaining reusable design resources, templates, asset libraries, and documentation.

Adapt to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting project demands while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.

Support team initiatives and contribute positively to a collaborative, creative culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

3–7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting enterprise organizations, corporate marketing, or brand teams.

A link to your portfolio should be included on your resume, or attached in a cover letter.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with presentation design tools such Google Slides is required.

Experience working within established brand guidelines while developing creative, engaging visual solutions.

Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Experience preparing files for print production and digital publishing.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is preferred.

Motion graphics, video editing, or illustration experience is a plus.
