Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries about enhancing existing products and services
Educate customers on ADT's product offerings, ensuring they receive tailored solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction by customizing solutions and scheduling installations for new products
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous sales experience is a plus
Previous call center experience (office or remote) is a plus
High level of computer proficiency and technical aptitude
Reliable and committed individual with the ability to think on the fly
