Senior Video Storyteller

Owning the creative vision and execution of video projects, the full-time Senior Video Storyteller will develop compelling narratives and manage a decentralized capture model while collaborating with marketing and corporate communications teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities

Oversee the creative vision and narrative integrity of video content from concept to final cut
Establish pre- and post-production standards to ensure cohesive and on-brand storytelling across decentralized footage
Direct and manage remote filming efforts, including casting, crew briefing, and project logistics

Required qualifications

Proven experience managing video production from inception to completion
Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling range, particularly in social video
Hands-on expertise with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software (e.g., Premiere, Resolve)
Experience in building and managing distributed capture models and freelance talent
Strong instincts for budgeting and scheduling in a production environment
