About the Role

Core Scientific is seeking a creative, curious, and highly organized Social Media Strategist to lead the planning, creation, and optimization of organic social content across our brand and executive channels. With direction from the Content Marketing Manager, Investor Relations, and executive leadership, you’ll help shape how Core Scientific shows up in the conversations defining AI infrastructure. You’ll transform company news, executive insights, educational content, and industry developments into timely, platform‑specific content that builds brand authority, supports executive thought leadership, and drives meaningful audience engagement.
This role owns Core Scientific’s day‑to‑day social voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and future platforms.
Responsibilities

Write compelling, platform‑specific content for Core Scientific’s brand and executive social channels across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Research industry news, market developments, executive insights, and company initiatives to identify timely opportunities for original social content.
Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to transform long‑form content, executive interviews, educational resources, and company announcements into engaging cross‑channel social campaigns.
Collaborate with Investor Relations, executive leadership, and subject matter experts to develop content supporting company priorities and executive visibility.
Own the day‑to‑day social content strategy and editorial calendar across brand and executive channels.
Develop recurring content series supporting executive thought leadership, education, corporate communications, and community engagement.
Create lightweight creative assets—including graphics, carousels, presentation visuals, and short‑form video—to support social content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools.
Collaborate with external partners and the internal Content Creator to develop creative concepts and multimedia assets.
Analyze content performance and platform trends to continuously improve engagement and content effectiveness.
Stay current on emerging platform features, AI tools, industry news, and content best practices.
Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co‑workers / teammates and leaders across the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, corporate communications, journalism, or a related content‑focused role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated success developing high‑performing organic content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Strong understanding of platform behavior, audience engagement, content formats, and social media best practices.
Proven ability to identify timely content opportunities and translate complex topics into engaging social content.
Experience building and managing editorial or social content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Experience repurposing long‑form content into engaging cross‑channel campaigns.
Experience creating graphics, presentations, carousels, and lightweight multimedia assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, self‑directed, and comfortable working directly with executives and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI, technology, infrastructure, energy, cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, fintech, or other complex B2B industries.
Experience supporting executive thought leadership and corporate communications.
Experience creating educational content around technical subject matter.
Experience using AI‑powered tools to improve content creation and production workflows.
Experience with Figma, Adobe After Effects, or other multimedia production tools.
Familiarity with SEO, AI search, and LLM visibility best practices.
Basic photography and video production experience.
Additional Information

Reports To: Director of Marketing
Location: Miami, FL
Travel: Minimal travel may be required as needed.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full‑time, onsite position. General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some nights and weekends may be required.
