Part-Time Hospitality Talent Scout

Serendipity Catering is seeking a part-time recruiter in Lakewood, CO to manage the full recruiting lifecycle and support executive hiring policies. The role is in-office, 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to collaborate closely with the Director of HR and Compliance and the CEO.
Requirements include 2+ years in recruitment, strong communication and interviewing skills, and familiarity with HR systems (ADP a plus).
