CAVA is seeking an Associate Design Manager to join the NRO (New Restaurant Opening) Design Studio within the Development team in Brooklyn. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days/week in our design office and offers the opportunity to translate the CAVA brand into thoughtful, high‑quality spaces.
The role partners with internal teams, external consultants, landlords, and vendors to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand and operational standards.
