Strategic Product Manager, P&L & Innovation

Tyson Foods is seeking a Product Manager for the Aidells line in Springdale, AR. You will own the P&L for a portion of Premium Sausage, develop business plans, pricing strategies, and coordinate with Sales to align customer needs with the innovation roadmap.
You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze market data, forecast demand, and drive initiatives to meet volume and profit targets. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred, with at least 3 years in CPG marketing.
