Qualifications

Healthy understanding of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Feeds (RSS, iCal), Smarty, micro formats, Web APIs (REST/SOAP), CVS, Subversion.

Experience with frameworks such as Lazlo.

Proficiency in languages such as PHP, Python, Java, C++.
