About the role
The Associate Producer is a key contributor to the digital marketing team, responsible for the execution, coordination, and quality assurance of customer‑facing messaging campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, and In‑App messaging channels. This role supports high‑visibility promotional marketing initiatives for U.S. and Canada markets, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and partner cross‑functionally with brand teams and vendor teams to set‑up, schedule, deploy and maintain approval processes for SMS, Push Notification, and In‑App messaging campaigns using third‑party marketing platforms.
- Manage and create campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet timing, quality, and business requirements.
- Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to specifications.
- Managing linking setup and validating promotional offers, exclusions, and legal disclosures.
- Perform QA testing for messaging content, links, promo codes, and customer experience.
- Track projects and communicate updates across teams.
- Support U.S. and Canada campaign execution, managing market nuances, and translation coordination.
- Troubleshoot campaign or promotional issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.
- Assist in documenting operational procedures and best practices for campaign execution and QA processes.

- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.
- Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
- High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional detail‑orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
- Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.
- Experience with SMS, Push Notifications & In‑App messaging and a working knowledge of how content is created and deployed.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Applications will be accepted for 4 weeks. For those that join the team, we offer competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. The pay range for this role is $22 – $41 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
