The role also involves driving merger and acquisition processes, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and leading a team of strategy and business development professionals.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in business, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy and/or healthcare roles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for specialty pharmaceuticals and related healthcare services. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and partnership development is also preferred.
