Digital Marketer
Daily posting / promotion on digital / social media channels.
Motivating people to sign up / try the service.
Actively engage users for feedback for improvement.

Video Chat Support Representative (VCSR)
Making sure that users are entertained and to keep them logged on.
Appearance is important so the candidate has to look good at all times. Singing, dancing or any other talents are welcome.
Motivating users to purchase digital products.
High School Graduate may apply.

System Support
Maintain and provide quick solutions to any query given by the supervisor and clients.
Perform system health checks, monitoring and some script codes updates.

Senior Software Developer
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
Responsible for software deliverables including, but not limited to, user interfaces, algorithms, data management, visualization, security.
At least 1-2 year of relevant working experience in telecom operators, banking or financial industry.

Junior/Senior Software Engineer
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
Previous working experience on programming language (.NET C#/C), database (MS-SQL and NoSQL) with an understanding of SOAP based technologies (WCF), Web Service, and other Window Based services/program.
JUNIOR: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Graduate of any 4-year course
Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses; identifying and evaluating state-of- the-art technologies; defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contribution information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
Meets call center financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

On the Job Trainee
Candidate must have an ongoing study in a Bachelors degree in any course (Preferably Marketing/IT/Masscom Students).
