Hybrid Talent Development Programs Manager

DLA Piper is seeking a Manager of Talent Development to design and oversee national and practice-group programs, supervise content and logistics, and manage multi-day academies and budgets. The role supports firm-wide strategic initiatives in Transactions, combining program leadership with collaboration across offices and clients.
The candidate will lead curriculum development, manage trainers, ensure CLE compliance, and contribute to department standards while traveling as needed.
