Seasonal Executive Producer, Content

To support a growing content strategy, the full-time Seasonal Executive Producer, Content will develop and oversee new content formats and series for various platforms, optimize sponsored content workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a high-performing team of producers and editors to deliver platform-native, revenue-driving content
Create new content formats and franchises that engage audiences and drive advertiser interest
Identify and develop emerging media opportunities to expand audience reach and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

10+ years in content or development leadership at a digital publisher or high-volume media company
Deep experience with discovery-first content strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Proven track record in building scalable sponsored content programs and branded editorial series
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional creative teams and establish efficient workflows
Strong commercial instincts with experience in collaborating with sales and marketing teams
