Domain Architect - Sales & Marketing Platforms (Telecom / BSS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Domain Architect

to lead the design and evolution of

Sales and Marketing platforms

within a telecom (MSO) environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

BSS systems, enterprise architecture, and cloud-native technologies , with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals across customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership

Define and evolve

end-to-end architecture

for Sales & Marketing systems
Establish

architecture standards, principles, and best practices
Align domain architecture with enterprise architecture strategy
Solution Design & Domain Expertise

Develop deep understanding of:

Sales & Marketing workflows
Customer lifecycle journeys (B2C / B2B)

Design solutions that:

Minimize duplication
Maximize reuse of existing platforms

Guide teams on extending vs building new capabilities
Cloud & Modern Architecture

Design

cloud-native, distributed systems
Promote:

API-first architecture
Event-driven systems

Ensure scalability, performance, and security
Technical Strategy & Roadmap

Translate business strategies into:

Architecture roadmaps
Technology solutions

Evaluate new tools and technologies through:

PoCs
Design exploration

Balance innovation with cost and maintainability
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with:

Product managers
Engineering teams
Business stakeholders

Act as a

trusted technical advisor
Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects
Delivery & Governance

Ensure solutions meet:

Performance
Reliability
Security standards

Support teams in:

Design decisions
Implementation guidance

Required Skills

Core Skills

12-14 years of experience in:

Architecture / Design / Development

Strong experience in:

Telecom (MSO) / BSS systems
Enterprise solution architecture

Technical Skills

Expertise in:

Cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Microservices architecture
API-led architecture
Event-driven systems

Domain Skills

Experience with:

Sales & Marketing platforms
CRM / Customer-facing systems
Customer lifecycle management

Architecture & Design

Experience designing:

Large-scale distributed systems

Ability to:

Evaluate architectural trade-offs
Align technical solutions with business needs

Preferred Skills

Experience in:

Telecom BSS/OSS ecosystems
Customer engagement platforms

Strong knowledge of:

CRM tools

Experience Required

12-14 years of experience

in IT
At least

4+ years in Telecom / MSO domain
