What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted execution partner to Advisors, owning money movement, account maintenance, and client operational workflows.
Act as a coordinator across custodians, planning tools, and internal systems to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and an exceptional client experience.
Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships, delivering a professional and personalized experience.
Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communication.
Support client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement and cash flow management, and suitability documentation.
Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters.
Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation.
Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship management.
Collaborate with advisors and office leadership to support operational capacity across teams when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience.
Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related client operations roles.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong operational and administrative support skills with the ability to anticipate advisor and client needs.
Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prioritize workflows, and maintain accuracy across multiple moving priorities.
Series 65 registration or ability to obtain within a defined onboarding period.
Desire to pursue the CFP® designation.
Willingness to work in an office environment 5 days/week.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
Familiarity with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms.
