To support innovative marketing solutions, the full-time remote Agent Architect will design and implement multi-agent workflows, optimize performance through rigorous evaluation frameworks, and develop scalable frameworks for diverse brand needs.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition and state management
Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance at scale
Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into AI workflows
Required qualifications
3+ years of direct generative AI experience with a strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models
Proficient in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus
Familiarity with benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs
Ability to bridge creative intent with technical execution in AI workflows
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills related to AI behavior and performance
