We are seeking a creative and tech‑savvy Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our growing 101+ team. This role will focus on creating engaging short‑form video content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate understands what makes content perform well on social media, enjoys working with AI‑powered creative tools, and can transform ideas, product concepts, and marketing messages into compelling visual stories.

This is a paid internship opportunity with potential to transition into a full‑time Content Creator or Social Media Marketing role based on performance.

What You’ll Do
Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging short‑form video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Use AI‑powered video creation tools to generate creative visuals, animations, and social media content.

Convert marketing concepts, blog content, and product features into engaging videos and digital assets.

Edit and optimize content based on platform best practices and audience engagement trends.

Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling approaches that capture audience attention.

Research social media trends, content formats, and emerging creative techniques.

Experiment with different content styles and approaches to improve audience engagement.

Help refine AI prompts and creative inputs to generate high‑quality videos and visuals.

Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and digital campaigns.

What You’ll Need
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn emerging content creation technologies.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated (preferred but not required).

What You’ll Do

Use AI‑powered video creation tools to generate social media content.

Help refine prompts to produce high‑quality videos and visuals.

Turn marketing concepts, blog posts, and product features into short‑form video content.

Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms.

Research trends, hooks, and content formats that perform well.

Test different creative approaches and analyze performance.

Qualifications

Strong grasp of what drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Comfortable learning and using AI tools.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Self‑motivated.

Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated (preferred but not required).

Bonus Skills

Experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar platforms.

Basic video editing experience.
