Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned client accounts

Manage the financial health of the account, including budget management

Lead client communication, including meetings, presentations, and ongoing correspondence

Communicate clearly and timely with the Sr. Director of Account Services on important account matters

Work closely with the Sr. Director of Account Services, President, and Controller on contract and scope development

Maintain and demonstrate familiarity with the client’s industry, including relevant news, competitive activity, and market dynamics

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year (based on experience). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time Off, and Employee Discounts.

Work Schedule
This position requires three days in the office and two days of remote work.

Qualifications
Minimum of three to five years in Marketing, Advertising, or Account Management, preferably within an agency setting, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proven track record of managing client relationships and multiple active accounts simultaneously, familiarity with integrated marketing channels (digital, social media, print, radio, TV), proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms, and ability to train and mentor junior team members are required.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per year.
