Role Description:
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing daily content across key social media platforms to showcase our jewelry. The Social Media Manager will manage the content calendar, develop campaigns aligned with brand goals, and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include content creating, editing, exploring trends, responding to community interactions, and collaborating with the in-house team to capture product photos and videos.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong social media marketing and content creating skills
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to develop and execute effective content strategy tailored to brand objectives and target customers
- Ability to film, edit and post daily in-house content using programs like- CapCut, Canva, etc.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with sales and design teams
