Graphic Designer - Junior
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Graphic Designer I to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to build experience, strengthen their portfolio, and collaborate with experienced marketing professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Create visually compelling graphics in a deadline‑driven environment
Design and develop:
Marketing collateral
Brochures and flyers
Trade show banners
Posters and signage
Social media graphics
Email headers and digital assets
PowerPoint presentations
Help maintain and strengthen U.S. Legal Support's brand identity
Ensure consistency across typography, color palettes, and design standards
Assist with website graphics and digital content updates
Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, initiatives, and creative projects
Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high‑quality design standards
Support additional marketing efforts as business needs evolve
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or professional experience considered)
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals
Proficiency with:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Acrobat
Microsoft PowerPoint
Understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and social media design specifications is a plus
Experience with Figma is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
