Commercial Property Partner sought to join a leading firm based in Bristol, to further develop the commercial property offerings and manage a caseload of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Already working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names.

Demonstrate an excellent track record to date and be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law, including development, investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.

Appointing a Commercial Property Partner who is focused on this sector – previously a Partner or Senior Associate at another firm, seeking progression.

Possess strong leadership skills: support senior members of the team, provide supervision and support to more junior members, and act as a networker to attract future clients.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders, and offer exceptional client care.
