Work Flexibility

Remote – the role allows you to work the majority to 100% of the time from an alternate workplace. Field‑based travel is expected at 30% and you will operate within the boundaries of the specified territory.

Responsibilities

Strategically plan, direct, and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision.
Interview, hire, train, and develop top‑level talent.
Develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and consistently exceed each goal.
Provide excellent service and assist representatives and customers whenever necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; MBA or MA preferred.
5+ years of sales or sales management experience.
Benefits

In‑house product training program.
Salary of $125,000 plus bonus and commission eligibility.
Total compensation potential of approximately $250,000 at plan.
Travel: 30% travel.
