About the Role
We are looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager to develop and execute a consistent staffing strategy that supports exceptional experiences for both Clients and Care Pros. The role balances the needs of clients and the wellbeing of Care Pros through thoughtful staffing, strong relationships, and close collaboration with Client Managers. This remote position supports markets across the U.S. and follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time schedule, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
Oversee and execute market staffing strategy, including outreach, relationship building, best‑practice staffing, schedule building and adherence, and innovative tooling.
Coordinate with Client Managers to understand client context, care plans, and scheduling nuances, creating optimal matches.
Mobilize newly hired Care Pros to begin work quickly and efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for Care Pros, providing feedback and coaching to enable success at every visit.
Foster relationships that promote quality matches between Care Pros and clients and increase retention.
Communicate opportunities and performance updates with Client Managers and ensure timely execution of scheduling decisions.
Support cross‑functional partners—Risk & Safety, Recruiting, Training, Payroll, Compliance—to deliver a seamless experience.
Manage tickets, back‑log, and real‑time questions, ensuring that partner and client needs are met promptly.
Provide data‑driven insights for staffing and schedule optimization.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in complex client, patient, or high‑volume customer service; staffing experience preferred.
Proven commitment to exceptional service and sensitivity to client and caregiver needs.
Background in operations or healthcare/home‑care environments preferred.
Exceptional relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑informed approach.
Comfort with technology; experience using scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Adaptable, resilient, and solution‑oriented.
Collaborative team player with cross‑functional partnership experience.

Benefits
Annual base salary: $64,000‑$68,000.
