D.R. Horton is seeking a Director of Sales in Albuquerque to lead all sales activity, escrow closings, and public representation. You will drive projections and mentor the sales team while coordinating with Marketing, Construction, and Mortgage teams.
The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of sales leadership, a related degree, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
