Oracle PDH Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Oracle ERP and PDH to drive data governance, improve product data quality, and streamline business processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle PDH modules to support enterprise product data management strategies.

Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle ERP and PDH functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Manage and execute data migration, data cleansing, and data synchronization activities between Oracle PDH and other ERP modules.

Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure high‑quality product master data.

Provide technical and functional expertise during all phases of the project lifecycle, from blueprinting through go‑live and post‑production support.

Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and finance teams to integrate Oracle PDH with other enterprise systems and third‑party applications.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle PDH solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Oracle ERP applications.

Deep understanding of product data management, data modeling, and data governance principles.

Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including Inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Item Master.

Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including ETL processes and data quality management.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
