Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead comprehensive marketing efforts for the Veronica Beard brand. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive a cohesive global brand vision and business growth across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a fast‑paced environment, a deep understanding of the ever‑changing global DTC and wholesale landscapes, and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Wholesale Marketing Strategy: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support macro brand vision, deepen and foster relationships with key wholesale partners, and support the cross‑functional wholesale team to drive sales in existing and new markets.

Retail Marketing: Partner closely with GMs, key retail centers, and VB events teams to own the retail marketing ecosystem, spearhead novel ways to drive traffic, support new store openings, and reinvigorate markets.

Go to Market Product Strategies: Work with cross‑functional partners to create the growth engine to launch, execute and maintain LRP categories, maintaining excitement and amplification throughout the season.

CRM and Loyalty Program Management: Oversee the strategic development and execution of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs, supporting key CRM stakeholders, enhancing the customer experience at all touchpoints, including direct mail to optimize engagement, conversion and identify additional distribution opportunities.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Drive all project, monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc insights, providing actionable insights and recommendations for the CBO, marketing team and cross‑functional partners in real time to affect short‑ and long‑term projects. Prepare comprehensive, synthesized marketing reports and strategic narratives for Board of Directors meetings in digestible, high‑impact formats.

Budget Planning and Oversight: Manage the marketing and creative budget with department heads, ensuring consistent communication with the finance team and leadership, prioritizing fiscal accountability and maximizing ROI across all global marketing initiatives.

Competitor Analysis: Implement a regular cadence of landscaping and ongoing competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and challenges, informing long‑ and short‑term strategic marketing and creative decisions.

Cross‑Functional Accountability: Partner closely to support accountability for long‑range planning goals across various departments, fostering collaborative efforts and achieving shared objectives.

Internal Communications Leadership: Support internal content management systems, implementing more efficacious communication of marketing and creative materials, ensuring consistent messaging, employee engagement and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong focus on integrated marketing, driving business growth, wholesale marketing and macro strategy.

Proven experience in CRM and loyalty program development.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that achieve measurable results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Experience in international markets.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

Experience with high‑touch budget management and financial forecasting.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.

The base salary range for this role is between $175,000 and $200,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees and certifications. The base salary is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which include a comprehensive benefits package, a short‑term incentive program, a clothing allowance and merchandise discounts.
