Awayday seeks a Director/Senior Manager of Total Rewards to build and own compensation, benefits and rewards programs across the organization. You will report to the VP of Talent and partner with the executive team and PE sponsors to attract and retain leaders who drive growth.
This is a foundational, high-visibility role with strategy and execution responsibilities. You will own enterprise-wide compensation architecture, MIP/LTI, benefits strategy, people analytics, and M&A integration support.
