Director of Ecommerce & Growth — P&L Lead

Burwoodland, a nightlife and events company, is launching a serious ecommerce and merchandise operation and seeks its first Director of Ecommerce on a 6-month full-time contract to own a P&L from day one.
You will rebuild Shopify, map the drop calendar, implement CRO, build print-on-demand strategies, and lead analytics, email/SMS, and paid media with the founders.
The role offers high autonomy and room to shape a real audience, with potential for a longer-term partnership if performance aligns.
