MSP Sales Growth Director

F3 Design in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop a growing MSP sales organization. You will manage performance, drive accountability, and execute strategic initiatives that support revenue growth across multiple service lines.
This role leads seven sales professionals based in Edina, MN, with a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 per year and a performance-based bonus; OTE potential up to $160,000–$180,000. Remote candidates considered with travel may be required.
