Account Creation Specialist

Role Overview

JCS Solutions is seeking an Account Creation Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of user identities and access across the AFNCR enterprise. The role requires strict adherence to DoD security policies and utilizes tools such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office365, and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for creating, modifying, disabling, and deleting user accounts within Active Directory and associated enterprise systems.
Process user onboarding and offboarding requests accurately and efficiently to meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant IT administration or Identity Access Management experience.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant).
