Supporting OEM program requests, the remote OEM Program Coordinator will manage project coordination, serve as a liaison between internal teams and OEM customers, and ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate OEM program requests from initial inquiry to production, ensuring technical requirements and due dates are met
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding program status and updates
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, or OEM environments
Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
