Entry Level Sales Representative

Voltaic is a SoCal-based renewable energy company that is expanding its sales force. We are looking to hire energy consultants to join our integrated blitz model sales team.
Requirements

Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and a student mentality
Great attitude, communication skills, critical thinking, and persuasion abilities
Proven leadership experience and solution‑oriented mindset
Sense of ambition, passion, and ambition for growth
Sales or service industry experience preferred
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
Legal ability to work in California and residence in California
Responsibilities

Educate homeowners during appointment settings about Voltaic’s services/products to reduce their costs and improve comfort
Manage the sales pipeline and customer touch points
Lead door‑to‑door generation with the team and generate referrals through exceptional customer service
Maintain a positive attitude at all times

Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $80,000.00‑$180,000.00 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule, commission pay, bonus opportunities
Shift: 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday, weekends as needed)
Education required: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Customer service, 1 year (Preferred)
