Overview
We are seeking a faculty member with professional experience in game development and technical art to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in game design, technical art, and interactive media.
Responsibilities
Teaching courses in Game Design and Technical Art
Mentoring student game projects and portfolios
Developing and updating course curriculum
Participating in departmental service and academic initiatives
Maintaining an active creative, scholarly, or professional practice
What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates should have experience in several of the following areas:
Technical Skills
Unreal Engine 5
Unity
Technical Art workflows
3D modeling and animation
Digital content creation pipelines
Maya, Blender, Houdini, or similar DCC software
Virtual Production and emerging interactive technologies
Professional Qualifications
Experience shipping commercial, indie, or serious games is preferred
College-level teaching experience is a plus
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
