full-time Outside Sales Reps

to join us in

Rochester, MN

and help us continue to help people around the community. This is a great entry-level opportunity to brush up on your sales skills and learn effective new strategies while positively impacting local customers.

Expected hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with some Saturdays as needed (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

Canvass different neighborhoods and engage with local homeowners

Ask prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promote our services

Climb ladders and inspect roofs

Answer questions, address concerns, and book service appointments

Manage your time effectively and provide professional customer service

Track your sales success digitally

Always strive to do better and sell more the next day

Qualifications

18+ years of age

Valid driver’s license

Good driving record

Ability to obtain a solicitation permit

Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly

Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Salary: $70,000 per year.
