Live TV Director & Master Control Operator

Gray Media’s WECT in Wilmington, NC seeks a Director/Master Control Operator to direct live and pre‑recorded broadcasts, monitor signals and logs, and manage daily programming ingest. The role involves desktop video editing, directing newscasts, and supporting digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has newsroom or master control experience, familiarity with ENPS and Edius, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced TV environment.
