School Site & Leasing Strategy Lead

NYC School Construction Authority is seeking a Senior Management Specialist in Real Estate Services to lead leasing and acquisition of school sites, CEQR and zoning work, and manage landlord relationships.
You will coordinate with the Architecture/Engineering Division on design, perform financial analyses, review appraisals, ensure environmental due diligence and SEQR/CEQR compliance, and drive timely delivery across multiple projects in a complex public agency environment.
