Video Growth Lead - Insurance & Performance Marketing

Launch Potato is seeking a performance video growth leader to own and scale the company’s video business, starting with YouTube and expanding to other video-first platforms. You will manage campaigns hands-on while shaping strategy, P&L, pacing, and testing frameworks, building systems to grow beyond current limits.
The role focuses initially on Insurance, spanning auto, home, health, ACA, Medicare, and other call-based products. Over time, expansion to streaming and social channels is planned.
