Senior Client Executive - Strategic Accounts
Join TransUnion’s Financial Services team as the primary strategic partner for a Tier 1 financial services client. You will own relationship success and growth strategy, lead enterprise account planning, orchestrate cross‑functional teams across analytics, product, technology, and delivery, identify new business opportunities, and maintain executive‑level relationships.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Serve as the primary strategic partner for a Tier 1 financial services client, owning overall relationship success and growth strategy.
Drive insight‑to‑action outcomes, translating data and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve client performance.
Lead enterprise account strategy and planning, aligning TransUnion capabilities to client priorities and long‑term objectives.
Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across analytics, product, technology, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and drive new business opportunities and expansion initiatives across the full TransUnion portfolio.
Maintain strong client engagement and executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple business lines.
Lead recurring client cadences including weekly/quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive updates.
Manage a high volume of priorities, continuously reprioritising based on client and executive needs.
Influence action, holding internal stakeholders accountable to deliver on commitments and timelines.
Support a proactive transition plan from legacy owners, including shadowing and knowledge transfer from current account leadership.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise client relationships, preferably within financial services.
Proven ability to drive growth and business outcomes within large, strategic accounts.
Experience operating in a matrixed organization, leading and influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Strong ability to translate analytics or data insights into actionable business strategies.
Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders, including executive‑level audience.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial services or banking environments, particularly across multiple business lines (e.g., card, lending, fraud).
Exposure to fraud, risk, or multi‑solution portfolios.
Experience working in high‑visibility, high‑value client environments.
Strong client‑facing presence with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
Comfort working in roles requiring regular travel and on‑site client engagement (~1–2 times per month).

Pay Scale Information
The pay range for this position is $94,000.00 – $185,000 annually. The position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. Actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as an individual's education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
