How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and inspire a production team to meet daily targets.
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee production scheduling to meet demand and inventory goals.
Identify and implement process improvements for better performance.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate to resolve critical equipment or product issues.
Recommend upgrades to equipment and facilities.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus.
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or coil winding is a bonus.
