Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Executives to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships through effective sales and account management.
Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations, conducting regular coaching (1:1s and reviews), and fostering a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
Apply deep expertise in TransUnion's Financial Services value proposition (including Neustar, Argus, and Sontiq) to deliver impactful client solutions and advocacy.
Partner cross-functionally across the organization to address client needs, share insights, and execute strategic initiatives with urgency and focus.
Utilize strong business acumen in auto and mortgage finance to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies, lead team operating rhythms, and promote best practice sharing.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
Minimum 10 years data sales experience or related auto or mortgage finance industry experience.
Proven ability to lead and coach a team of Client Executives (or similar sales role) with a focus on growing and protecting revenue through sales and servicing activities.
Strong understanding of TransUnion's value proposition for Financial Services.
Strategic and forward thinker with superior communication skills. Demonstrated ability in leveraging technology to drive sales strategy.
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Scale Information: The pay range for this position is $94,000.00 - $185,000 annually. This position is eligible for base pay and commission earnings. Commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary by position. The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate and actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, skill set, location, and market considerations. Some positions may be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments per company guidance.
