Junior Marketing Coordinator

Fresh out of school (or close to it) and ready to break into marketing? TOV Furniture is a trend-forward furniture brand with one rule: DON'T BE BORING. We're looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our Miami team, and no, you won't be stuck fetching coffee. You'll be making real work that real people see, from Instagram Reels to ad campaigns to AI-generated imagery.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Design and produce creative assets for paid advertising (Meta, Google, Pinterest), email campaigns, and organic social media

Edit video content for ads, reels, and brand storytelling using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere

Concept and create AI imagery with the use of Higgsfield and other photo retouching tools for marketing initiatives

Support the development and maintenance of brand design systems, templates, and visual guidelines

Design and prepare print materials for events, trade shows, and partnerships

Draft PR pitch emails and support media outreach efforts

Collaborate cross-departmentally using design tools and clear communication

Adapt to shifting team priorities and assist with marketing initiatives across as they arise

You Might Be Our Person If

You have a degree in Communications, Marketing, or something related (preferred, not a dealbreaker)

You know your way around design tools like Canva

You’re organized and communicate clearly, in person and in writing

You’re a go-getter who doesn’t wait to be told twice

You’re genuinely excited about AI and new marketing tools, not just tolerating them
